The public can search for goods or services by company name, location or keyword.

FREE and CHARGEABLE ads are accepted, the free ads are displayed in the results pages below the chargeable listings in the order of registration date per category.

The FREE ad displays only the company name, address and telephone number.

Various other charged ads are available at affordable prices which include ads with email and website links, bold text, display company information, these ads provide placement by ad type and registration date.

Customers selecting a FREE ad format within www.SearchEngine.co.nz will receive an automated email once a month with an invitation to upgrade to a charged ad.

Customers selecting a chargeable ad format will receive an automated email after 11 months to renew their listing for another 12 month period with an opportunity to upgrade to another ad format. Should the renewal not be received within another 3 weeks, a final email is sent on the ads expiry date. Should the ad not be renewed on this date, the ad then automatically changes to a FREE ad format and your placement within the directory lost, reverting to below all other free ads in your selected category.

During the 12 month advertising period the advertiser can edit ads at any time, entering their admin page via the EDIT button using their email address and password. At this stage they can view the hits the ad has received to date and also select to upgrade to an improved ad type with better placement in the results page, payments made for ad upgrades are non refundable or transferable.

In consideration for payments made to www.Shopping.co.nz Limited for the advertisement selected, www.Shopping.co.nz Limited will provide the Online Marketing Platform in the form of www.SearchEngine.co.nz. Payments made are non refundable.

Free advertisements are currently accepted however they may not be continued long-term.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to inspect all websites prior to acceptance of your application to advertise in the www.SearchEngine.co.nz and reject any application which we believe is not suitable for general viewing or not in the companies best business interests to accept. We will also monitor all links on a regular basis to ensure that this requirement is being maintained. Should we discover or be informed of a breach of this www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to cancel/remove any listing, without notice and not refund any payment paid.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited holds no responsibility for any losses or other losses contributing from website downtime or technical fault or lack of service from to our Internet Service Providers or technical staff or other subcontractors.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited holds no responsibility or control for the goods or services offered by the customers/advertisers or the content of their websites and holds no responsibility for their actions or inactions.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited will maintain an email database of all Advertisers and Business customers of this site and will regularly send via email newsletters and information material relating to this site. The newsletter will contain advertising, company and site information. As an advertiser you agree to receive any such material, read and respond as requested.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to amend/change any prices and services. If ad types or price changes are implemented the advertisers will see the current ad types and prices when they renew the ads annual subscription.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to make changes to the site without notice, in the best interest of the business. However changes will generally be notified via email to the advertisers whenever possible.
